The following items of kit are essential for all training sessions.
- Named water bottle. Water/cordial is perfectly adequate. No fizzy or energy drinks please.
- Fins (with name/initials) : short stubby ones, not diving fins. We operate a fin 'swap/donate' scheme and usually have some fins available. Please ask Coach Claire if you need some new ones as there may be some available in your size.
- Kick Board
- Pull Buoy
- Swim Hat (plus a spare) : Replacement hats can be purchased through our Swim Manager Shop.
- Goggles (plus a spare pair)
- Named Mesh Bag to keep everything in
Additional items required for the Performance Squad swimmers.
- Finger Paddles
- Parachute (available from Decathlon)
- Snorkel and nose clip
We do have some parachutes available to loan but these are imited.
Please ensure every item of kit is named as it very easily gets mixed up
